All of our products are saged and blessed prior to shipping. Some are enhanced with the power of the full moon and others the new moon depending on the energy of the particular bag. We meditate on the card we pull for each bag and one that will be of aid to YOU. As such, we do not accept returns. If there is any problem with the item(s) in your bag, broken or damaged, please contact us and we will happily replace the items or the entire bag.
